"Solid quality, honestly a relief"
I’ve been feeling mentally drained lately, so I really didn’t want to deal with anything flimsy or disappointing. These products actually feel solid and well-made, and so far they seem like they’ll last. Nice to get something that just does what it’s supposed to

"Problem got fixed really fast!!"
I had a small issue with my order, but customer support handled it quickly!! It did take one extra email to get everything sorted, so I’m giving 4 stars, but overall it was a good experience.

I’ve ordered from Universal Companies a few times now, and the prices have usually been better than what I can find locally. Shipping isn’t always the fastest, but for the savings, I’m fine with it. The bulk deals really help for my salon, and I don’t feel like I’m overpaying. Weirdly, I remember one box showed up with a bright green packing slip, which stuck in my head for some reason. Overall, happy with them.

"Easy return and a quick refund"
I had to return one item it was way easier than I expected. The refund came through quickly and there was no hassle at all. Small win for me because I got it sorted without having to chase anyone.

I’ve used Universal Companies a few times now for professional education resources, and it’s been helpful, really helpful. The courses and info are easy to follow and not too complicated, which I appreciate when I’m trying to get through training for work. I also like that a lot of the spa-related learning stuff is all in one place. So far, no issues at all, smooth, simple, and useful

"Pretty good selection of spa stuff"
I’ve ordered from Universal Companies a couple of times now, and they’ve got a solid range of spa products. I’d say I found about 8 or 9 out of every 10 things I was looking for, mostly skincare and salon supplies, without having to jump around to other sites. A few items were out of stock, which was a little annoying, but the site is easy enough to browse and compare options. Overall, I’d probably order from them again

"Easy enough site to get around"
I used universalcompanies.com to look for some spa supplies, and I didn’t have no trouble finding what I needed. The search worked well, pages loaded quick, and the filters made it easy to narrow things down without getting all turned around.
Checkout was simple too, and I liked that the product info was clear enough to understand right away. It ain’t nothing fancy, but it does what it’s supposed to do, and that’s really all I needed

The box showed up safe and in good shape, which I really appreciated. it’s the right thing to do when someone pays for an item, take the time to package it properly so it doesn’t arrive damaged.

I don’t really get the complaints because support got back to me fast and handled things without making it a hassle. It wasn’t some huge dramatic issue or anything, but they answered quickly and everything worked out fine.

"Nice having so many brands in one place"
I’ve been using Universal Companies mostly because they carry a lot of the brands I already know and use. It’s just easier than bouncing around a bunch of different sites, especially when I’m looking for spa or skincare products.
I also found a few items here that I was having a hard time finding anywhere else, which was a nice surprise. The site is easy to browse, and the brand selection is the main reason I’ll keep ordering. Has anyone else had certain products be weirdly hard to find on other sites too?
